Changes in the family, social pressure, school or work demands, loss of a loved one, and crises can overwhelm everyone. Sometimes our brains work against us, resulting in depression, mood swings, isolation, anxiety, distraction, insomnia, confusion, or self-harm.

Whatever the cause, handling everything life throws our way can be extremely challenging for anyone, especially young people. But it doesn’t have to be.

Fee for individual therapy is $165.00. Some insurances are now accepted, so please contact me directly if you are planning to use insurance.

*Currently, I have a waitlist for new clients (~3-4 weeks out from first contact). Will likely have more availability toward the end of February 2023.

**Like many therapists these days, I no longer provide in-office appointments, having fully transitioned to a virtual practice. Sessions will be conducted by video or phone.
